Insights from the first co-design workshop

Two intense sessions took place on June, 7 2022 during the first co-design workshop with local experts and mobility stakeholders as well as interested citizens.

Workshop participants could test a MixMyRide mockup prototype directly from their own smartphone and were invited to provide comments and suggestions on current MixMyRide features.

They also reported about the lack of intuitiveness on the way some features were presented and identified how to improve the app’s design and the related user experience as a whole. Some of the suggestions will be easy to implement, others may not be feasible within the project timeline and available resources. The latter will in any case be considered for future projects. MixMyRide developers will deal with all the received suggestions and develop a preliminary prototype by Fall 2022.

At that time, another workshop will be organized, to allow stakeholders and citizens to test for themselves the way the suggested proposals were implemented and look for possible bugs in software development.
