Press conference in Lugano about MixMyRide app release!

By cycling, by train or by taking a carpooling ride: a new mobility solution is launched!

The 31st of March a press conference was held in Lugano to promote the MixMyRide application, a research project financed by the Swiss Federal Office of Energy. You can read the full press release.

The application supports planning of multimodal itineraries mixing public transport, actives modes and carpooling. Users can also offer and book carpooling rides, thus contributing to reduce solo car use.

Today it is also the official start of the recruitment process of volunteer citizens willing to test the application in the region of Lugano, Geneva, and Winterthur-Zurich.
